If you live anywhere in New York state, there's a good chance we've been in your neighborhood already and a good chance we'll be visiting again soon. The chances are exceptionally good if you live in western New York or the Greater Rochester metropolitan area. In fact, the license that is required for a person to conduct surveying activities is issued by the state. That means that a person with a New York state license can survey any property in New York, and ONLY a person who is licensed can survey property in New York. If you are looking at a map, such as the one below, it is actually easier to tell you what areas we don't serve: We do not cover any part of Pennsylvania, and we do not work in Canada.
